What I do
Lead your system replacement and configuration
When a plan replaces or reconfigures a core system — customer relationship management (CRM), care management, utilization management, the platforms the operation runs on — I lead the plan’s own project. Scope, configuration decisions, vendor management, and keeping the build honest to how the operation actually works on the floor.
Business architect — requirements and overall guidance
As your business architect I author the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and the Functional Requirements Document (FRD), and provide the guidance that translates four decades of managed-care reality into a specification your engineers can actually build to — on Salesforce or your own stack.

Compliance, member experience, provider networks, appeals and grievances, and utilization management — across every line of business: Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), Medi-Cal and Medicaid, Covered California and the Marketplace, commercial, large group, and small group.

A targeted or general overview of a health plan’s operations, delivered as a structured assessment with a findings report. Engage it as a focused look at one area, or as a general review across the whole operation. It measures where a plan actually stands against four things that decide whether it thrives:
