Or take EQUOS itself — the Salesforce-native managed-care platform we created, covering the whole member lifecycle without replacing the engines a plan already owns. Available to qualified plans on a limited basis.

Two ways to run EQUOS

  • EQUOS Premium — on Salesforce Health Cloud, for established plans that want enterprise depth on infrastructure they already trust.
  • EQUOS Open — a cloud-native build for smaller plans, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and government — the same capability layer at a fraction of the cost.

What the architecture actually contains — the data model, the capability framework, the reconciliation engine, the interoperability design — is shared only under signed agreement.
